Patio de Viana refers to the courtyard of the Palace of the Marquis of Viana in Jaen (Spain). With more than 300 years of tradition, they specialise in the elaboration of Extra Virgin Olive Oils of the highest quality.
Located in the Alto Guadalquivir valley, between the mountains and Natural Parks of Cazorla and Magina.
Tasting Notes:
Balanced and harmonious extra virgin olive oil. The delicate aroma of sweet olives reminds one of the ripe fruits such as bananas or red apples, and also of dry fruits as almonds.
It’s a golden green EVOO.
Gentle and sublime enter the mouth. Sweet, fluid, and light.
Serving suggestions:
Patio de Viana extra virgin olive oil is excellent for White Fish, vegetables, creams, desserts, fresh or not cured cheese, ice cream, mayonnaise, sauces, etc.
It comes in a 500ml bottle.
