Patio de Viana refers to the courtyard of the Palace of the Marquis of Viana in Jaen (Spain). With more than 300 years of tradition, they specialise in the elaboration of Extra Virgin Olive Oils of the highest quality.
Located in the Alto Guadalquivir valley, between the mountains and Natural Parks of Cazorla and Magina.
Tasting Notes:
It’s a green extra virgin olive oil, fresh, clean & fragrant.
The cereal and vegetable tones stand out in this bright green olive oil, where ripe tomato, artichoke, and cereals are especially notable.
