Quince condiment, made from Spanish quince from the El Bierzo region of northern Spain. It is combined with the fragrance of Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar. The sharpness of the quince combined with the perfume of the vanilla makes it perfect with all types of cheese!
It has been artisan-crafted in Girona, Catalunya by Can Bech. They have developed a range of Signature Pairings for Cheese, each distinctively flavoured using fruits, nuts and spices from around the world. Designed to pair perfectly with differnt kinds of cheese. A fabulous gourmet experience!
